The first thing to check on a Chromebook
Whether a Chromebook can run a client depends on one setting: Google Play. Google's help page says that if you cannot find the Play Store option in Settings, the device does not support Android apps. So open Settings, look for the Google Play entry under Apps, and turn it on if it is there. If it is missing, this route is closed on that machine.
Work and school Chromebooks are a separate case. Google notes that an administrator may block the Play Store there, and a block set by the administrator is not something to try to get around.
Setting up with the Play Store available
In the Telegram bot, ask for the key. The bot issues a personal subscription link, usually in about a minute, and the first 10 days are free.
Open the Play Store on the Chromebook and install a free client that reads VLESS subscription links.
Copy the link from Telegram, then use the client's clipboard import to add the subscription.
Pick a server from Helsinki, Warsaw, Tokyo, Istanbul or Paris, then connect.
Approve the system prompt for a VPN connection the first time it appears.
What the tunnel covers there
An Android client on ChromeOS creates the tunnel for apps running inside the Android layer. Whether it also carries the traffic of the Chrome browser itself depends on the device and the ChromeOS version, so open a page that shows your address before and after connecting and see for yourself. If the browser does not follow, a system-level setting in ChromeOS may still be needed; this page does not claim it is solved by default.
This is why a person with a Chromebook should not expect a one-click experience. It is a workable route, not a perfect one.
What the plan costs and what it does not
Four lengths exist, and the longer ones cost less per month; look at the home page or ask the bot for the numbers. The bot takes crypto payments only, so a card or UPI will not work. No sign-up and no email are needed, nothing renews on its own, so a Chromebook that you give up next year does not leave a subscription behind.
There is no device limit on one link. A student who has a Chromebook, a phone and a tablet can add the same link in each client.
When this route is the wrong one
If the Play Store is absent and the school or office manages the device, the plan will not help, and asking for a different setup from the administrator is the right step. If you need a speed number or a measured delay, none is published here. Servers are far from India, so expect some delay and judge by use.
Local law on tunnels varies and moves, and the policy of the network you join is yours to follow.
Who is telling you this, and how it was made
Picking a client is a recommendation, so two things belong here. The site earns money when you buy a key, which is a reason to treat its advice with care; the steps above can be checked on the device itself. And would you want to know whether a person typed this alone? A model produced the first draft; a person read it before it went up and corrected it.
Questions
My Chromebook has no Play Store option. What now?
Then Android clients are not available on that model. A different device, such as a phone or a laptop with a standard operating system, can use the same link.
Which client should I pick from the Play Store?
Pick any free client that accepts a VLESS subscription link. Try one, and if you dislike it, remove it and try another; the link stays the same.
Do I need to pay before I can test the setup?
No. The bot issues a trial link first, and you only pay if you want to continue.
Will my Android apps and Chrome both go through the tunnel?
Android apps should. For the browser, test with an address lookup page, because it varies between devices and versions.
Can my school see that I use a tunnel?
A school network can tell that an encrypted tunnel is open, but not what pages are inside it. Its rules on such tools are separate, so read them before you connect.
Does the Chromebook share a key with my phone?
Yes. The link has no device limit, so paste it in a client on each device.
No card, no account. USDT is paid only if you continue.
